To achieve this and ensure efficient process moving forward, we diligently follow a seven-step approach from initial meeting to final delivery. Whilst materialising client’s vision is the key task for our professional team, budget and timescales are no less important. Therefore, in order to provide our client with a comprehensive and competitive quotation and accurate lead-times, we encourage an open and honest dialogue from the outset.

SHARING YOUR VISION

Contact Auggus professional team via phone call or by submitting your enquiry on our website. We will only require 15 minutes to establish whether collaboration would work for both parties. You will be asked to share your vision; we will advise you on feasibility and potential pricing.

SITE VISIT

ASSESSING YOUR LIVING SPACE

At the time convenient for you Auggus designing engineer will visit your home in order to take measurements of the area where bespoke furniture will be fitted. He will check your services such as electricity, gas or plumbing if applicable. Windows, walls, access points, storage and potential hazards will be assessed. This thorough work might take from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the project. During this time you will also be provided with wide range of material samples to choose from. This is required in order for us to efficiently move onto the next step, not to mention you saving yourself several journeys to big retail stores. Please note that when selecting materials for our clients we are always looking for exceptional quality, functionality and beauty to remain in line with our own mission and values.

CONCEPT & DESIGN

INTRODUCING CONCEPT & DESIGN

While client’s vision dictates the concept of the furniture design, specifics of the living space and your choice of materials might slightly alter it. It is a creative
process that is constantly evolving. Auggus team will manifest the best possible outcome into high quality 3D CAD drawing that would allow you to see exactly how furniture will appear in a particular space when built. Drawing alongside initial budget will be sent to you within 24 hours after assessing your living space.

SECOND MEETING

REFINING YOUR BESPOKE FURNITURE DESIGN

We would require 60 minutes of your time either face to face or over the phone in order to refine the initial design and make adjustments to the budget.

PAYMENT

DISCUSSING PAYMENT OPTIONS 

Every piece of furniture we produce is unique and designed specifically for you. Therefore, before sending the drawings for production we will need to discuss the payment options that are available for your project. At this stage partial payment will be required. 

PRODUCTION

MATERIALISING THE DRAWING 

The production phase might take from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the size of the project and materials chosen. Depending on materials used, our furniture can be manufactured in UK or Europe and mostly assembled in Essex or delivered flat packed and assembled and fitted on the site/clients home. We only use partners who share our mission to deliver beautiful, long-lasting, hand-crafted furniture, and do so reliably.

We would like to provide you with options. Full installation is available by our experienced and professional fitters. Alternatively, we can deliver your furniture flat packed with instructions for you to install it yourself.
