How are your furniture so competitively priced?

Here at Auggus, we pride ourselves on selling our fully assembled kitchens at lower prices than the flat-packs offered by other manufacturers and retailers. We do not have expensive showrooms, and very often we would manufacture higher quality furniture for less, then compared with all major brands in the UK. Where are your furniture manufactured?

All of our furniture is assembled in the UK. To save even further and depending on materials ordered, whether they are from UK, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain and other European countries, they often are prepared and manufactured within our suppliers manufacturing facilities.


Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, at Auggus we offer a full installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen, wardrobe and other furniture goes as smoothly as possible.


Do you offer a home measurement service?

Yes, one of our expert designers can come into your home to measure your kitchen, bedroom or/and every room in your house and listen to your ideas. Or if you prefer, you can take some measurements yourself and send them via enquiries@auggus.com so that we can start your plan. Please click here if you’d like to book a free home measure.


Do you offer a free design service?

Yes, we offer a completely free service to design your dream furniture. You will have a personal meeting with one of our expert designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. After this design meeting, you will walk away with a detailed plan and a quote. It couldn’t be easier. Please see our UK coverage


Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens and other furniture?

Yes, all of our furniture come with a guarantee to give you peace of mind. The guarantee covers all units, doors, hinges and handles.

Standard 2 year guarantee applied to all our furniture.
Furniture with Blum fittings: 10 year guarantee.

Where is the wood sourced from to manufacture your kitchens?

We only use wood from responsible origins and are focused on making all of our kitchens as environmentally friendly as possible.

We work with top suppliers: EGGER, PFLEIDERER


What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. You can also pay by cash or via PayPal account. Please note there is additional 3.5% charge when paying via PayPal.


When do I need to pay?

An approximate of 60% deposit is required when your order is placed. The remaining balance will be required 14 days before delivery of your kitchen.


What follows after I pay deposit?

Once deposit is received, your project will be placed in the queue. And depending on the project, your lead time 4-6 weeks or 8-10 weeks will start. 

Within next 2-3 weeks the team will work on the project by sourcing-ordering materials, creating final technical drawings.

Once technical drawings are ready, you will be emailed those drawings to confirm, so we can proceed and manufacture your furniture. Please note, this is not 3D drawings, but the technical drawings required for our machinery.

Don’t worry if technical drawings are not received by 2-3 weeks, the team is working on your project, and the lead time is not effected.

Once you confirm our technical drawings, we will start building your furniture and you will only be contacted 1-2 weeks prior our delivery.


Do you offer any finance options?

At the moment we require payments based on approx. 60/40 valuation. 60% project cost includes all materials, 40% are manufacturing, delivery, VAT charges. All furniture fitting costs are included apart from the kitchen fitting costs.

Kitchen fitting and all building costs are presented and detailed with total kitchen project estimates.

To offer help to buy, in the near future we will be able to offer a number of flexible finance options, including Buy Now, Pay Later, with no interest if paid back within a year of your kitchen being delivered.


How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen/other furniture?

We normally can offer you a delivery time within four to six weeks of placing your order*. And eight to ten weeks delivery time for all spray painted furniture.

As all kitchens and other furniture are manufactured by us and are made specifically to your order, we can alternatively hold delivery on your kitchen for as long as is necessary with no further charge.

*Important note, by placing the order, we mean, deposit have been paid and project design agreed. As minor changes can be altered, once the deposit is received, changes, such as style, size, materials can postpone the project, and the lead time may be extended.

By choosing us to overlook complete kitchen project, our hired specialists will do all the building, plumbing and electrical works. If you require such works to be withheld, there must be at least four weeks notice. 

We will contact you seven days before your delivery to confirm the day we are in your area, and to advise a afternoon 12-4 pm or evening 4-8pm delivery slot.


Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?

If you have purchased installation with your new furniture, you will be assigned a Project Manager, this is often your home surveyor, who will keep you updated with the progress of your order and will be your main point of contact for any questions you may have.


Can I change my existing order?

All furniture are custom made to order, so if you have any changes to the order, they must be advised a minimum of 28 days before delivery. As your furniture is custom made to order, you cannot cancel or amend any items after this date and once the contract has been agreed. In our terms, you have 7 days to make  amendments, after the deposit is paid, this off course can increase the total project cost.


How can I change my delivery address?

Customers who have purchased installation should contact your Personal Project Manager if you have any changes to your contact details.


What happens if I’m not there when delivery is attempted?

If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted, we will be happy to rearrange a new delivery date after payment of an administration charge of up to a maximum of £150.


What if my order arrives incomplete?

In order to ensure your order is correct, we carry out two item checks before dispatch. Please ensure you check all items delivered with the delivery driver. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies, please notify us within 72 hours.


What if my product arrives damaged?

Due to stringent quality control procedures, it is rare to encounter damaged products. In the unlikely event that you have a damage claim, please email us to enquiries@auggus.com to arrange a home collection. Please note that we are unable to accept any returned items at our base in Covent Garden. If you notice any damaged packaging on your delivery, please ensure that you highlight this with the driver and make a note on the delivery note. Please also let us know immediately. We cannot replace items that have been cut, drilled, or customized by you.
